Gulf Cool Therm roof & wall boards consist of a rigid closed cell Polyurethane (PUR) or Polyisocyanurate(PIR) foam.

Roof and wall boards are manufactured in various thicknesses from 20 – 150 mm and in densities ranging from 35Kg/m3 to 80Kg/m3.

These boards will meet the requirements of most International insulation specifications such as:

• ASTM-C-1013
• ASTM-C-591
• ASTM-D-1692
• ASTM-E-84
• HH-1-1972
• DIN-4102
• BS 476 JIS

The roof and wall are available in the following finishes:

• Both sides with brown Kraft paper finish
• One side with aluminum foil and other side brown Kraft paper finish
• Both sides with Fiberglass tissue finish

Sizes:

2000mm X 1000mm or 1000mm X 1000mm. Other sizes are available on request.

Roof boards are normally produced with straight edges, rebated edges are available at extra cost.
